From the Tony Award-winning creators of Ragtime and Once on this Island comes anostalgic and touchingly funny musical comedy which brings back the Golden Age of live television.  A time when the clock kept ticking and the first "take" was always the last.  When a faded Hollywood matinee idol guest-stars on a live comedy TV show, wet-behind-the-ears sketchwriter Benjy Stone faces the task of keeping him in line.  As air-time approaches andtension mounts, Benjy learns that some of the greatest moments in live television--and in life--start with a handful of trouble.
