The Laramie Project
by Moises Kaufman and the Members of the Tectonic Theater Project

In October 1998, the murder of Matthew Sheppard thrust the quiet town of Laramie, Wyoming, into the national media spotlight.  In the months that followed, a company of actors conducted interviews with area residents to create this breathtakingly theatrical collage that explores everyday people struggling with the changing face of America.
